We operate on an advance payment plan for our subscription service. This means that your subscription fee is due on the 25th of the preceding month. For example, if you have an active subscription for January, your payment for that subscription is due on December 25th.

As specified in our Service Level Agreement (SLA), all allocated hours are consumable within the respective month, and any hours that remain unused at the end of the month will be forfeited. To maximize the value of your subscription, we highly recommend that you make the most of our services throughout the month.
Our goal is to ensure that you receive the full benefits of your subscription and have access to our services whenever you need them. By utilizing your allotted hours within the month, you can optimize your experience and make the most of the resources available to you.
When beginning a project with us, our HL Team Packages have an initial 3-month locked-in commitment. After this period, you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription.
If you believe there is an error in your bill, please contact our billing department. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
No, we do not charge any additional fees or taxes on our invoices. All our invoices are issued as ‘net of taxes,’ and any applicable discounts have already been factored in. This is because we operate as an outsourced contractor outside of the USA. Any other charges that may apply will be itemized on your invoice, ensuring transparency and clarity in our billing process.
